Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from MaheshMart, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer an easy return and refund policy.

Returns:

• Eligibility: You can return products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Conditions for Return:
  • The product must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • The product should not be damaged or altered in any way.
  • The return request must be initiated within the given time frame.

Refunds:

• Process: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. In the case of cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfers or wallets.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Perishable goods (such as food or cosmetics).
• Items marked as final sale or clearance.
• Any product that has been opened or used.
